The most quoted lines of the poem (wikipedia tells me). In my first year in college, I learned what those lines meant... I feel stupid, because I forgot. I'll have to do some serious reading!

Driving Lessons with Rupert Grint and Julie Walters (Weasleys reunited)

What a bloody brilliant film.
Ben's the son of a very weird and strict Christian mother. When she "suggests" to him to take on a summer job, he meets Dame Eve. And she changes him and makes him stand up against his loony mother. They go camping, go to Edinborough for poetry readings, and generally have lots of fun. A really nice "that's life" film.
By the way, the quote from the title is from said movie. I don't know if Shakespeare really wrote this, but it would be nice if he did. Makes him a lot more likeable.

The other DVD I bought is 'Death at a funeral' with the "new Mr. Darcy", Matthew Macfayden, right..
[I haven't watched it yet. So, I guess, I will update when I have.]

I nearly lost the last of sanity I had. It's annoying and it has to stop. Do you want to know who or what bothers me that much?
University. I will try to get my degree as soon as possible and then I'm out of there.

Getting Old

Yesterday, I had a very busy day. Me and my mum went shopping. That's something one shouldn't look forward to when it involves me and mum and the city. I had to buy some fancy clothes for my job interview I've got next week. And we went grocery shopping for my birthday on Saturday. There's going to be so much food...unbelievable. Anyways....

Again, I found loads of books. Goodreads isn't healthy. Of course, I haven't read them yet, but I'd like to share them anyway.

Miss Rumphius by Barbara Cooney

- This book has some fantastic illustrations. Although, it is a book for small children ( I think), I want to read it. The message of it is: Make the world a better place! Sounds a bit cheesy, but the book's about an old lady and I love old lady books!

I Capture The Castle by Dodie Smith

- It's about a family, especially the two daughters, who live in an old castle they bought when they stil had money. Now they don't. One of the daughters is a writer and of course there is a guy, or even two, who live in the neighbourhood. The review said something about Jane Austen, but I have to think of Diana Wynne Jones and, especially, of Margaret Mahy. And that's why I want to read it. I like this kind of romance.

The Willoughbys by Lois Lowry

- It's a Lemony Snicketish book about orphans and all those fairy tale clichés. So, it's a must-read. I did some googling on Lemony Snicket and it's all great. That means Lemony Snicket joined the other gazillion books on my book list.


The Looking Glass by Frank Beddor

- I don't know if it is a good thing, but this book reminds me of some of the Alice in Wonderland fanfiction I've read. You know, about Wonderland not being fluffy and nice, but dangerous and cruel. There's this Alice character, princess of Wonderland, gettiong transported to Victorian England, where she tells her story to none other than THE Mr. Dodgson, who gets the story all wrong. Then, there's her bodyguard Hatter Madison, looking for her. And of course, the bad guy is the Red Queen, her aunt or something and I BET that the Cheshire Cat is some kind of assassin...


The Book of Lost Things by John Connolly

- I forgot what it is about. But I liked the title and the cover art was pretty. I know, bad habit... Oh right, it is about a kid daydreaming about all those stories and a king has got this book, the Book of Lost Things...
